Marriage. The most amazing, most difficult, most fulfilling, most submissive, most frustrating, yet most wonderful human relationship we get to experience. Not only do we experience it, we eagerly pursue and willingly enter into it. Twenty-one years ago when I married, I was nervous, excited, in love, and yes, more than a little naive.

We married while I was still in college and moved to Korea a year later.

Soon, our home began filling up with little ones.

Life is never what we expect, thankfully. We’ve moved from South Korea to China. Traveled across the US multiple times and met amazing people. Been blessed with 5 amazing children. Had days filled with laughter, and others filled with tears. And we have the greatest family and friends.

We’ve weathered storms we would have never chosen but the Lord has been gracious to us and our marriage has been strengthened. We’ve grown a lot and we still have so much to learn about life and each other.

David, you’re not only my husband and soul mate; your my best friend. I am a truly blessed woman. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us.

I love you, David!
